Executive Trainee in Cochin Shipyard Limited
Post : Executive Trainee
Period of training : one year
Stipend : Rs. 22000/- per month

On successful completion of one year training, the selected candidates shall be absorbed as Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 16400-3%-40500 and pay fixed at the start of the scale and other allowances.
The CTC per annum at the minimum of the scale as on date works out to Rs. 5.60 Lakhs approx

Executive Trainee - Human Resource

Regular/full time two years Master Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in HR /Post Graduate Degree in Social Work
with specialisation in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, from a recognized University/Institute, with a minimum of 65 % marks in
