It was appointed dealer of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd. of Japan for Panasonic brand PABX Systems in 1990.
Within a short period of time it earned a reputation as a leading source of supply for all types of Office equipment, Data & Telecommunication equipment, Computers & Peripherals and their Spare Parts. As the business grow, it first opened it's Show Room at 12,Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue and then the Show Room at IDB Bhaban. The country's leading Computer market is at IDB Bhaban & the Show Room of Syscom at IDB Bhaban deals mainly in Computers, Peripherals & Accessories.
It was Appointed dealer of RAD Data Communication of USA for RAD brand Data & Telecommunication products in 1995. In the same year it was appointed dealer of Wi-LAN Inc. of USA for Wi-LAN brand Radio modems. In 2000 it was appointed dealer of Ephom International Corp. of China for Ephom brand PABX. The factory for production of Telecommunication Towers & Truss was established in 2002 at Chandrail, 40 km from Dhaka Main City.
