Online Applications are invited for filling up the following :
- Scientist /Senior Scientist : 17 posts (09 current posts (UR-5,OBC-2, SC-1,ST-1), 08 backlog posts (SC-1, ST-2, OBC-5)), Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- for Scientists and Rs.7600/- for Senior Scientists, Age : 32 years for Scientists and 37 years for Senior Scientists as on 10/04/2012.
Application Fee : Rs.100/- (no fee for SC/ST/Women/PWD candidates) in the form of DD in favour of Director, NISCAIR, payable at New Delhi.
How to Apply : Apply Online from 10/03/2012 onwards at the website only. Print out of filled online application form completed in all aspects and supported by attested copies of certificates etc. along with application fee should be sent in sealed cover superscribed with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SCIENTIST (Post code and category)" to The Controller of Administration, National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), Pusa Campus, Dr. K.S. Krishnan Marg, New Delhi-110012, so as to reach on or before 10/04/2012.
