Integrated MS-Ph.D Program
Applications are invited from prospective candidates for admission to the Integrated MS-Ph.D Program at IISER Mohali in the areas of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics for the session beginning in August, 2012
The program will involve course work as well as research work
Successful completion of the program will lead to an MS degree and a Ph.D degree
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant should have a basic degree in Science/B.Tech/MBBS with a good academic record, and should have cleared one of the following national examinations
General: IISc, Integrated Ph.D entrance test; JAM of IIT's, or any other entrance test for an MS/M.Sc program at a reputed institute or university
Mathematics: NBHM M.Sc fellowship or NBHM Ph.D fellowship
Physics: Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST)
Students who hold a DST INSPIRE fellowship or a KVPY scholarship are also eligible

Ph.D Program August 2012
Applications are invited from prospective candidates for admission to the Ph.D program at IISER Mohali in the areas of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Earth and Environment Science, Humanities and Social Sciences for the session beginning in August, 2012.
Candidates interested in pursuing research in interdisciplinary areas are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant should have a Master's degree in Science/B.Tech/MBBS/M.Tech with a good academic record and should be GATE/ CSIR or UGC-NET/JEST/NBHM-JRF/ICAR-JRF/ICMR-JRF/ DBT-JRF/DST-INSPIRE qualified.
