Project Coordinator (Total Experience 20 Years)

  1. Responsible for overseeing all activities at site as performed by the Contractor
  2. Review, understand and interpret all the contract drawings, sub-contracts and all co-ordination schemes.
  3. Check and approve material to be used at site with respect to specifications and drawings.
  4. Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.
  5. Coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
  6. Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents/drawings.

Resident Engineer (Total Experience 15 Years)

The typical duties of a resident engineer include responsibility for the following:
  1. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of the project within area of assigned responsibility:

Architect (Total Experience 10 Years)

Site architect jobs by default involve a lot of time working on site. A site architect is present to ensure that the architect's design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise. Architectural Inspector (Total Experience 10 Years)

The Quantity Surveyor's responsibilities to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to come out with a well –planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling.

Furthermore, the quantity surveyor has to prepare contracts for projects by stating clearly the terms and conditions, studying and understand the contracts offered to us.
When projects are completed, Quantity surveyor will proceed with claiming of payments from the relevant parties and completed the collection of payments as soon as possible.
