As a Senior Manager in the NVIDIA Finance organization based in Bangalore, India, this role is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Director, Finance with global reporting responsibilities. This position has responsibility for the Accounts Payable, General Ledger,
Assets, Consolidations (where appropriate), Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit functions within NVIDIA's Global Finance Resource Center based in India that supports the global operations of NVIDIA, with primary accounting/reporting focus on India and Europe, and support, as appropriate, for all other regions where NVIDIA operates.

The person should have a strong technical accounting background and current experience in leading Finance organizations for U.S. multinational companies.

This position is accountable for certain accounting operations of the company, to include Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Assets, Consolidations, Financial Reporting, and other areas, where appropriate, with respect to the complete and accurate accounting of transactions; production, review, and maintenance of periodic financial reports; maintenance and retention of an adequate system of accounting records; adherence to, maintenance and establishment of a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and controls; timely adherence to local country filing deadlines; and overall management to ensure that reported results comply with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and to local GAAP in other countries where NVIDIA operates and has filing requirements. This position will also initiate, lead and/or support global business process improvements and other key objectives of NVIDIA's global Finance Organization and oversea other finance areas that enable NVIDIA to optimally leverage its global resources.

- A Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Public Accountant and have at least 8 to 10+ years of progressive responsibility.
- Experience in public accounting, private industry, high-tech, and U.S. multinational corporations, or some combination of both, highly preferred.
- Knowledge of major ERP and accounting systems required, SAP preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Strong team player with global mindset, equally successful at working independently or in large groups required.
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing work environments, competing priorities, and tight deadlines required.
- Ability to travel, internationally.
