Looking for the below mentioned positions for immediate placement.

Sales Personnel ( 3 to 4 Years)
Candidate having 3 to 4 years strong experience in sales personnel hiring.
Work Location : Global Village, Bangalore.

People who can join immediate only needs to apply.

US Staffing Lead/ Manager (3+ years)

Candidates should have a Minimum of 3 years experience purely into US staffing
Willing to work in Night shift ( Cab provided)
Immediate joinees only needs to apply.
There will be 2 rounds of interview as th epart of selection process

Role Description :

Should be well versed in IT Consulting and Full Recruitment Lifecycle
Lay a lot of emphasis on quality, experience & attitude of a candidate before presenting it to the client.
Experience in end to end recruitment cycle for clients in the U.S. with excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, F1, EAD), Tax Terms (1099/C2C/ W2).
Passionate about IT Recruitment & Business Development.
Should have expertise in generating and managing client accounts.
Confident, aggressive and posses a positive go getter attitude
Extremely focused & concentrate solely on my goals & plan ahead to achieve them.
Responsible for maintaining Individual data base.
Excellent problem solving abilities with a strong technical background, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and work within deadlines.
Should have good understanding of the consulting industry in the United States.
Detail oriented ability in identifying a perfect match/candidate for the client needs
Extremely strong in building and maintaining client relationships and creating, maintaining and nurturing client faith and loyalty
Leadership capabilities combined with excellent planning, coordination and problem solving capabilities
Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry/business & adapts sales/recruitment skills to align with business needs.

Experience of working with Direct client/ Prime Vendors/ Tier 1 Vendors.
Experience in passive search would be a plus.
