ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Citizenship : A candidate must be either Indian Citizen or As per notification

Age : 20 to 25 Years

Education :Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks OR equivalent qualification from the University/Institute recognized by the Govt. of India and working knowledge of MS Office.

IBPS Score : Should have a valid Score Card issued by IBPS, Mumbai , of Common Written Examination conducted in the year 2011 , for recruitment in clerical cadre in 19 Public Sector banks and must have scored TWSS as well as score in each subject

Local Language Proficiency : Possessing knowledge of local language of the state for which candidate is applying is desirable.

The application fee must be paid in cash, at any branch of Punjab National Bank. Before depositing the fee, the candidate must download a copy of the Cash voucher. The voucher will be in duplicate. The following details must be entered into both copies of the voucher:
(i) Candidate’s name, (ii) Candidate’s category, (iii) Name and code no. of the Branch selected for payment, (iv) Date of payment and (v) Fee to be paid (vi) post applied for. Thereafter, the voucher is to be presented at the Branch, along with the application fee. After deposit of fee, the candidate must ensure that the transaction Id generated is entered into the voucher. The candidate’s copy of the voucher will then be handed over to him/her.

Payment of fee should be made from 26.09.2012 to 10.10.2012.

  • Hands on Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Test Driven Development.
  • Previous experience in writing test plans, white box testing, black box testing, and regression testing is expected.
  • Experience is mobile testing would be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and should be willing to document the steps to test the app that will reproduce the bug.
  • Ability to make sample feeds, host them locally and test apps with it.
  • An equally creative and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to put yourself in the users\' shoes, effectively representing them in the design and testing process.
  • Objective c and Ruby on Rails familiarity is a huge plus point.
  • Common sense to judge screen usability.
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively.
  • Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Job Description:
  • Responsible for all QA testing across multiple web platforms
  • Be a vocal proponent of quality in every phase of the development process, exploring features as they are being developed to identify design, testability and usability issues.
  • Lead efforts to incorporate QA processes into an agile, fast-paced development environment and drive the company efforts to transition to a fully automated web and mobile testing environment.
  • Work closely with project managers and developers engineers to ensure reliability of all features.
  • Assume ownership of QA requirements and deliverables for each release and feature.
  • Perform various type of testing [sanity / regression / functional / gui / browser / compatibility].
  • End to end testing of complete work flow
